- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
- SECURITY OF DATA TRANSMISSION
Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from market fluctuations.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTCARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrustCard, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

12. Termination

- Any outstanding balances or obligations remain due
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrustCard is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
